hat to do with all those brass floor lamps at all those garage sales…? Try bringing them into the 21st century by changing them up a bit. I gave this one a light sanding, priming, and high gloss white finish. I painted the lampshade with water color paints. (Its a lampshade painting.) The poufs were a $10 purchase at the local thrift store. I had them re-upholstered in a simple, durable fabric. My favorite thing in this room is the large oil painting done by my sister, the amazing, Lindy Bishop.
